How To Book?
You can make a booking via phone or email.
If you would like to make a booking post a visit please call us so that we can schedule the visit.
Payments
All bookings need to be secured with a deposit. This is a non refundable deposit against cancellation.
Payments need to be made in advance or at the time of check in via Cash, Google Pay or Online bank transfers
Please book in advance especially during peak holiday season to avoid being disappointed.
Peak Season Cancellation Policy
Diwali Week, Christmas Break 21st Dec to Jan 2 & Summer Break – April to August

Besides the non-refundable deposit of 20% on the total tariff for a booking please note below:

Cancellations made 48 hours before will be charged at 50% of the days that are booked

Cancellations made 24 hours will be charged at 100% of the days that are booked
Requirements

Vaccination records (all vaccinations need to be current for the last 12 months)

Anti tick treatment to be done 72 hours prior to check in date.

Kennel cough vaccination to be done at least 72 hours prior to check in date.

A copy of your current address proof & a Govt. ID proof
Health
If your dog needs daily medication, injections or on a special diet, just let us know and were happy to cater for your dog’s special needs.

Medications and diet/special foods need to be provided by the owner.*

If your dog has any medical history, it is best that you advise us at the time of booking & upon arrival.

We have a veterinarian on call, if dogs need any medical attention they will be taken to the vet. (This will be charged at actual along. The trip to the vet will be charged as per the the Stay Wheels Tariff)

As medical problems can arise in your own home as well as while your pets are away, we make every effort to contact you or your contact person, should any decision need to made. (We have the right and will pass any medical costs to the owners)
Frequently Asked questions
Q. What do I need to bring?
Ans. Just your dog/s. They must have collars on (preferably with a name tag and you phone numbers on it). The signed indemnity clause agreement along with a copy of your ID & address proof.
Q 2. Do we need to bring bowls?
Ans. Nope. We provide food & water bowls during their stay with us.
Q3. Can we come and inspect the rooms?
Ans. Yes, of course!
Q4. Will my dog play with others?
Ans. Yes, if he is a social dog and basis the assessment of the Stay management of your dog’s behaviour around other dogs.
Q5. First time at a boarding space, will my dog stress?
Ans. Yes, first time for any dog is stressful, however, we are experienced in handling dogs with all temperaments. In our experience the first few hours is stressful and we let the dog/s decompress in their own room and slowly socialize them into the environment with othe social dogs. On Day 1 they are introduced to the pack that lives in ‘Stay’ and who are non reactive. If we see signs of stress then they are given time alone in the open garden area or the terrace to play & relax (A caretaker or human supervision is there through out). Introduction to the larger pack of guests is is done on Day 2 or Day 3 depending on the individual dog’s need.
Q6. How long can you board a dog for?
Ans. As long as you need.
Day stays are very popular, this tends to break up the lonely working week for pets.
We have your average holiday period, about 2-3 weeks, also the long term boarders, over sea’s trip, house building situation and extended working contract. Many different situation arise, dogs cope very well in this safe, happy & healthy environment that is ‘Stay’.
